Paul Fallu

Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1966 whereupon he became a partner in the firm with his father and founder of the firm Philip Bernard Fallu.  He has been in continuous practice for 44 years.  During this period, he has held roles as Senior Counsellor with the Queensland Law Society, a Member of the West Moreton Regional Community Corrections Board including its President, President of the Ipswich and District Law Association, Tribunal Member of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport and Member of the National Appeals Tribunal of that Confederation.

Paul has also been a long time Trustee and Chairman of the Ipswich Grammar School.

Paul's professional interests encompass a wide range of legal experience in commercial activities including in the mining industry and corporate litigation.

Paul maintains a strong attachment to the firm and his expertise and experience continues to be in demand.


Bill Leather

Bill was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and has practiced as a solicitor for in excess of 27 years, and as a partner for the last 23 years. He has considerable experience in general legal practice, particularly small business, family and commercial matters. His broad range of experience can provide clients with authoriative and practical advice in a range of legal matters. He is actively involved in numerous community organisations, providing his time and bringing with him the benefit of his many years of experience.

David has been admitted since 1996, and joined Dale & Fallu as a partner in 2005 having worked predominatly in general practice in firms at Ipswich and the Gold Coast since 1994. 

David has been involved in a wide range of legal work including Personal Injury Claims, Class Actions, Estate Matters, Criminal and Family Law as well as providing advice to Business and Property owners.  David is keenly interested in developing the firm's area of practice in Compensation for Compulsory Acquisition of land by government.

Joshua Sheaffe

Joshua is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, and practices exclusively in the areas of civil litigation and personal injuries law. He keenly pursues claims for injured parties including workplace accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence claims, public liability actions, slip and fall cases, aviation accidents and fatal accident claims.

Josh commenced with Dale & Fallu in 2009, and is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. The Australian Lawyers Alliance is an association of lawyers and other professionals dedicated to the protection and promotion of justice, freedom and the rights of the individual. Josh annually attends the Queensland Personal Injuries Conference, and keeps himself abreast of the latest changes and developments in his area of practice.

Michele Davis is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and joined Dale & Fallu in December 2011.

Michele dedicates herself to the area of wills, estates, succession planning and property law.  Michele brings with her a wealth of knowledge in succession and property law from her years working with a boutique succession law practice in Canberra and specialist property and conveyancing lawyers in Brisbane.

Michele prides herself in offering clients logical, practical and compassionate assistance in all her areas of practice. Michele ensures she is kept abreast of the changes in succession and property law and is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Inc, Ipswich District Law Association and the Australian Law Librarians Association
